Ark and Yan are now free from their non-compete clauses. This decision was made following the recent open discussion and the overwhelming concerns and feedback from the Chuya community, who rightfully called out the unfairness. I hear you, and I’m taking responsibility for that.
From this point on, artists will no longer be bound by restrictive contracts that limit their growth. They will have the freedom to thrive on Patreon and other creator-support platforms, as they always should have.
I deeply regret that it took this long and that it had to escalate to this point.
Additionally, I will be having a serious conversation with Ark and Yan about our relationship and how we can rebuild it as artists sharing the same creative space.
Their contributions to Chuya have been massive, and I want to make sure they have the success and recognition they deserve. We will keep the discord server updated on what their future in this space will look like.
This situation has been a hard lesson for me, and I owe it to our patrons, artists, and supporters to do better.
Change is happening, but it shouldn’t have taken this much to get here.
Before I close, I also want to take a moment to apologize if I came across as harsh or if my tone felt aggressive when directly confronting other Patreon creators.
In the heat of the moment, my emotions got the best of me. It wasn’t the right approach, and I now realize it may have fueled unnecessary tension within the community.
I appreciate everyone who called me out or expressed concern—it’s helped me reflect and course-correct. This entire process, from the open discussions to your honest feedback, has been a collaborative effort. It’s shaped a more harmonious tone for the community, and I’m committed to maintaining that moving forward.
Thank you to everyone who joined the chat, voiced their thoughts, and helped guide this conversation. I appreciate your patience, your support, and your role in holding me accountable.
I hope to see all of you still here, growing with us at Chuya Factory. Together, we can continue to build something stronger, more transparent, and more supportive for everyone involved.

Let’s move forward, together.
