Character Creation Poll Vote

Hello, CHUYA Factory Patrons!

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we bring back the postponed Character Creation Contest! We’re excited to continue where we left off and give you the opportunity to bring your original character design to life as a 3D model, exclusively crafted by CHUYA Factory.

Here are all the details you need to participate:

 Contest Dates:

Start Date: March 1, 2024

End Date: April 30, 2024

Voting Start Date: September 1, 2024

Voting End Date: September 30, 2024

Winner Announcement: October 7, 2024  

Eligibility: Patron Requirement: To enter, you must be an active patron of CHUYA Factory in both March and April 2024. Team Exclusion: Members of the CHUYA Factory and Clay Cyanide Miniatures teams are not eligible to participate.

 Ownership and Rights: Character Design: The original character design remains the intellectual property of the designer. 3D Model Rights: The 3D model created from the winning design will be co-owned by the designer and CHUYA Factory.

Both parties have the right to sell and resell the model. For CHUYA Factory, the model will be exclusively released to our patrons on Patreon. Merchant Rights: CHUYA Factory Merchants are permitted to print and sell the model, but since it’s a 50/50 ownership, permission must also be obtained from the original creator of the winning character.

 Prizes: 1st Place: The winning character will be transformed into a 3D model by CHUYA Factory and made available exclusively to our Patreon supporters. Additional Prizes: Prizes for 2nd and 3rd place will be announced once we announce the winner on October 7th.  Judging Criteria: Final Judging: The final judging will be based on 40% of patrons' votes on Patreon and 60% on the CHUYA Factory team's evaluation.

  Terms & Conditions: By participating, you agree to the rules and conditions outlined here. CHUYA Factory reserves the right to modify contest rules, criteria, and prizes. Submissions must be original and not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Important: Use of Generative AI is not allowed. All submissions must be created by a human being.
