Announcement : Reminder on Discord Community Guidelines

We are writing to address a matter of significant importance regarding the conduct within our Discord community. Over the past few months, we have observed behavior from a patron that has been consistently rude and disrespectful towards our artists. After careful consideration, we have decided to ban that person from our Discord server.

At Chuya Factory, we are deeply committed to fostering a positive, supportive, and respectful community for everyone involved. Our artists dedicate immense time, effort, and creativity to produce high-quality content for all of our patrons. It is essential that they feel appreciated and respected, not only for their work but also as individuals.

We acknowledge that there have been delays in some of our releases. While we strive to meet our deadlines, there are times when unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these delays may have caused. However, it is crucial to understand that such delays do not justify any form of rudeness or harassment towards our team members.

Artists thrive in environments where they feel safe and supported. Creativity and productivity are at their highest when artists are free from negativity and undue stress. Disrespectful behavior, especially targeted at those who are working hard to bring you the best possible art, is counterproductive and harmful. It affects not only the individuals targeted but also the overall morale and spirit of the community.

We believe that every member of our community has a role to play in maintaining a positive atmosphere. Constructive feedback is always welcome, but it must be delivered in a manner that is respectful and considerate. We cannot and will not tolerate behavior that undermines the integrity of our community and the well-being of our artists.

To ensure that Chuya Factory remains a welcoming and supportive place for all, we have implemented the following policy: Any patron found to be engaging in rude or disrespectful behavior towards our artists or any other community members will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including a ban from our Discord server. This is not a decision we take lightly, but it is necessary to protect the environment we have worked hard to create.
