Roy let Robbie lead the play that afternoon since he was out of his element. But Robbie was in his element, and pretty soon, Roy was engrossed in the little world they were in. It wasn't until he felt a hand feeling pulling back his diaper.

"Hey, wha- Dad?!"

Sure enough, it was Ronald who had unlocked his diaper cover to check him. Roy hadn't even heard him come up.

"A soggy boy. I think you need a change."

"No way! I hardly even wet!"

"Well, that's not for you to judge, little man. Now on your back."

Roy looked from his dad to Robbie, and over to the living room, where the rest of the family was pretending not to watch.

"You can't be serious..."

Roy looked to Robbie, who shrugged.

"Down on your back here, or in the living room. Your choice."

Of course, Roy laid on his back there, completely humiliated as his dad slid his diaper cover off and brought out the wipes.

"Alright, kiddo. Let's see if your ol' dad has still got it."

Getting changed by his dad was awkward to say the least, but the guy had changed enough diapers in his lifetime. It was easy as pie.

Roy suspected the change was just an excuse because he really didn't seem very wet.

"We need to be giving you more liquids, buddy," said Dad, smiling. Roy didn't know what he was smiling about. Changing a diaper was work. Who liked that?

But Dad seemed to enjoy it, and he finished up by giving Roy a kiss on the belly.

"You know," said Dad, wiping his hands off with a wipe and sticking it in the balled up diaper, "I miss doing that for you kids..."

It dawned on Roy that he hadn't had any close contact with his Dad in some time. Was that something he missed?

"Robbie looks okay," said Dad, checking Robbie's diaper next. "I'll leave him to Colt." That one was easier to check because he was not wearing a diaper cover. "Let's go in the living room and watch something together. As a family. Then we're gonna go snowboarding once everyone finishes with their showers and whatnot."

Roy and Robbie followed Dad out into the living room, and Dad insisted that Roy should sit in his lap. Something which didn't surprise Roy, given how much he seemed to enjoy the diaper change.

Colt followed suit, sitting Robbie in his own lap. The family then watched Greenie, a fun Australian show for the whole family.

Roy could feel the warmth of his Dad's lap. It was awkward at first, but gradually, he got over the awkwardness and began to relax a bit, becoming engrossed in the show. There was something relaxing about being able to do this in the open, instead of hiding it like he always had. He thought he could get used to this arrangement, provided he didn't actually have to keep doing it in front of his actual family. Maybe just him and his girlfriend, and roommates.

After a few episodes of Greenie, it was time to hit the slopes. Robbie was dressed in a big bulky snowsuit that made him an even bigger waddle monster than he usually was. Roy was thankful that they didn't have one in his size. He got to wear his own clothes and as covered up as he was, you would hardly know what he was hiding underneath his pants.

In fact, he pretty much forgot about it as they slid down the slopes. He began to challenge all of his brothers to race him down the slope.

"Be careful, Roy," said Mom. "I don't want you losing control of the sled and getting hurt."

Of course, Roy didn't listen. That only encouraged Roy to push things further, and he tried to put his sled on one runner.

"Haha, can your stupid toboggan do this?" he called out, turning back to see if his Robbie was watching. Unfortunately, he immediately lost control and careened into a stump.

Everyone immediately stopped what they were doing and ran over to him.

"Are you alright?!" Asked Roger.

"Stand back," said Andy. "I'm a doctor."

Reina shook her head and rolled her eyes. "He's been waiting to say that for ages."

Andy gave Roy a quick once over and determined there were no broken bones, but something concerned him.

"It, uh, looks like you leaked..."

"Wha?" asked Roy, looking down to see that wetness was still spreading between his legs. "Oh no! Urghhhh!" He immediately doubled over.

"What is it?" asked Andy.

"I can't... I can't stop it... it hurts when I try..."

"Uh oh..." said Andy, shaking his head. That immediately alarmed everyone, since Andy was a doctor and all.

"Uh oh what?" asked Rachel.

Andy paused. "I think we'd better take him to the emergency room... I have a hunch and it's not good..."

With that, everyone rushed to the emergency room. Roy went in with Andy, who saw to him personally. In no time flat, they were back out, and Roy was in a fresh pair of scrubs with a very thick diaper bulge around his waist. He looked shellshocked.

"What's the news, Doc?" asked Roger. Mom and Dad stayed silent, looking gravely at their son.

"He's injured his bladder," said Andy. "He's going to need diapers now."

"For how long?" asked Rachel, holding Roy, who stared vacantly as she hugged him.

"I don't know," said Andy. "Could be a few months... could be forever. For now, he'd better stay padded. And no more rough play. It's tummy time for you for the rest of the day, Roy."

Roy was still cognizant enough to be apalled.

"No way, dude!" said Roy. "I'm fine! You can't make me stay on my tummy."

"We'll see about that," said Ronald. Grabbing Roy's arm and giving him a swat on the butt right in front of the hospital.

"H-heyyyy," Roy said, blushing red. "Y-you can't do that!"

"Oh, can't I," said Ronald, pulling down the back of Roy's pants.

"N-no!" cried Roy. "N-not in front of everyone! ... please..."

Dad paused. "Are you going to be a good boy and listen to the grownups?"

Roy sniffled and pouted. "... yes..."

Dad pulled Roy's pants back up, and gave his diapered butt a soft pat.

"Good."

Colt leaned in and said to Robbie, "I'm beginning to think Roy needs this treatment as much as you do..."

"Robbie nodded slowly, his arms crossed. He didn't feel too much sympathy for his older brother Roy. Roy had always had an irresponsible streak. He hoped this would help him consider the consequences of his own actions before doing things, though he wasn't too sure that would ever happen.

Robbie spent the day in front of the television with Roy, in solidarity with his brother. It was Colt's idea, though Robbie always found excuses to get up and 'get stuff for Roy'.

"You know he's just doing that so he can get up and run around, right?" asked Rosie, as she watched Robbie zoom by with some cut up apples for Roy, hands sticky with peanut butter.

"Yeah, I know," said Colt, with a grin. "It' s adorable.... HEY! No running in the house Robbiem, what did I tell you?" He got up, as

Robbie's eyes went wide. He was so surprised he almost dropped the apples.

"That's it," said Colt. "No more walking for you. Give me the plate." He grabbed Robbie by the wrist and led him over to his brother, setting the plate down between them and pointing toward the open spot on the blankie. "Park it, there, bud. Eat. And don't get up from that spot unless I say so. You're crawling for the rest of the weekend unless someone carries you. You got it?"

Robbie blushed and nodded. He had gotten this punishment before and he knew better than to argue. Still, he had his apples and peanut butter, and that was something.

"That's a baby snack," whined Roy, as Robbie reached for an apple.

"Mmmm! More for me, then!"

Roy watched as Robbie ate his yummy apple. After a few moments he frowned. Those apples looked really good with the peanut butter. His lower lip quivered, and he finally gave in.

"Hey! Save some for me, will ya?"

Robbie pulled the plate toward him and stuck his tongue out.

"No."

"Oh yeah?"

The two of them began play-fighting over the apples.

"Hey!" called Andy. "I said no horseplay. You two really need to be restrained, don't you?"

"Noo," said Roy, his face bright red. Andy smirked.

The threat was enough to get the little devils to calm down. The rest of the day passed pretty uneventfully, with Roy and Robbie taking dinner on the blankie. A big bottle of milk along with some oatmeal for the two of them.

"Don't you think you're taking this soft thing a little far?" asked Roy.

"Learn to be more responsible and maybe you'll be able to choose what you feed yourself again," quipped Ronald. Roy knew he was beat and ate his oat mush.

The day passed pretty uneventfully until after dinner when Andy surprised the boys boy joining them on the floor in a diaper and T-shirt.

"Andy?" gasped Robbie.

"W-what are you doing, bro?" asked Roy.

"Just showing a little solidarity," said Andy, smiling. He said it confidently enough but he was slightly pink in the cheeks and Robbie wondered if someone put him up to this. He looked Colt's way with suspicion, but Colt just shrugged.
