ZEIRAM! (ascended sketch)

I watched Zeiram (1991) on a stream on Friday night, and fell in love with the costume and creature design-- especially these pastel electricians' uniforms worn by two of the main characters:

We watched the fantastic Spanish horror movie REC on the stream next, so to calm my heart rate down afterwards, I started sketching... and wound up turning the sketch into a whole Thing.

Breakdown:

a very messy sketch to start. This is the "bitch, you live like this?" stage of every drawing I do, which I hardly ever show to people.
