Eccentric Outfit (ascended sketch)

I'm calling this an "ascended sketch" because I didn't set out to ink and color this... it just kind of happened! This girl is dressed kind of like how I dressed in high school, actually.

a good rule that I try to follow is to always sketch a character's body before layering their outfit on top.
