Portland Sketch 1 - Mt Hood

I took a bunch of pictures during my trip to Portland at the beginning of December that I want to turn into small paintings! Here's one-- a view of Mt Hood over Portland, shot from an amazing scenic overlook when I visited the Pittock Mansion. (My photo on the bottom, my painting on the top, obvs)

here's a screencap of what the underdrawing and the base for the painting look like-- I painted everything on a clipping mask layer to keep those neat edges.
