Cicada, Orchid, and Persimmon

today I drew these three characters from a sci-fi idea I've been kicking around for a while-- mostly to practice painting, but also to explore their designs. These ladies are clones of a researcher who donated her body (and her DNA) to science upon her death. They're human, but they've never been to Earth, so they named themselves after things from Earth that they think sound appealing and/or symbolic.
