The third and final part of Udderly Unbelievable is in the works and should be finished by the end of this week. After working with SDXL, it's honestly a bit tedious to switch back to SD1.5, but I’d rather not change the technology halfway through the comic, especially since this is the last part anyway. I’m trying to squeeze every bit of potential out of SD1.5 that I can ^^
Now, let’s talk Liquid Limits!
I’m honestly really proud of this comic and had an insane amount of fun creating it (but damn, was it time-consuming!).
The highlight of this comic, as in a few previous ones, is of course the hose that fills the girl up. Stable Diffusion and things like hoses do NOT get along at all. As soon as you include the hose in the prompt to generate the image, total chaos ensues. The hose runs all over the image or comes out of every possible body part. Its path mostly makes no sense, and sometimes it just ends randomly somewhere in the picture... It’s an absolute disaster.
So, I had to tackle it another way. First, I generated all the images I needed for the comic - without the hose. Then, using Photoshop and Krita, I drew the hoses the way I wanted them, and with various filters and targeted inpaints, I integrated them into the existing image as seamlessly as possible.
The result: In my opinion, really good, but it took a damn long time. Nevertheless, as you’ve probably seen from my previous comics, haha, I’m a huge fan of this type of inflation - we’ll definitely see another comic like this again soon. ^^
