I found this Rem swimsuit cosplay photo on Pinterest by 羽天Shine and I wanted to experiment with some new retro anime style and effects ✨

I'm trying to really get it as close to a retro anime screencap as possible! That means less details, barely any shading and lighting, faded out / dimmer colors, super low quality blurry look, etc. 

What do y'all think? (:
