Their mission: eliminate anything that threatens the unsuspecting public before it’s too late.
Your job, as one of the NCIU’s medical specialists, is to patch the agents back together after they’ve returned from their high-risk operations. You mend their wounds, steady their vitals, and send them back into the field—no attachments, no complications.
But Special Agent Caden Voss is different. Reckless, quick-witted, and impossibly charming, he’s the type of man who could flirt with you even while half-conscious. He’s done it before. That’s not the problem, though. The problem is that he keeps coming back, his visits to the med-bay are so frequent that he’s become a constant fixture in your once orderly life. And no matter how hard you’ve tried to keep things professional, you’ve started to care about him—more than a doctor has any right to.
