Premise:  Every year, the fae gather to celebrate the harvest moon with a woodland festival, a night filled with revelry, drink, schemes, and debauchery. As a member of the Court of Desires, your attendance is mandatory, and usually you don’t mind. You’ve mastered the art of slipping into the background, hiding behind the seductive smiles and laughter of your older sisters in order to escape the emotions and thoughts you can sense in others.

But this year, there’s a problem. One who prevents you from going unnoticed: Him.

You’re not sure when or how it started but Bastian, the elusive high lord of the Court of Secrets has set his sights on you. His attention is unwavering—and terrifying. His teasing, his wicked charm, the way he makes you feel things you don’t want to feel, it all leaves you unsettled.
