Beta 0.70 Kinetik Trophy Truck

Spending some time working out the bugs and preparing for BDR Season 1!
It May not seem like much was added or changed but trust me it drives much better!

What's new?
- Updated torque converter configurations
- Engine strength adjustments
- Lightbar stretching fix

Things still to be added/fixed
- Implement working hydraulic jacks
- LED Light options
