Remember that mini story I owed you from last week? Finally here! Took a bit longer because I was playing with some new tools. Got into ASMR recently thanks to a friend and had to give it the 2035 treatment - just your normal relaxing focus games video... except your host is absolutely massive 😅 Enjoy the text AND AUDIO versions!

ASMR: Follow Along! Relaxing Focus Games (Soft Spoken)

"Hi everyone... welcome back to my channel. Today we're going to do some relaxing focus exercises together..."
"First, let's start with this little light... see how it glows? Follow it with your eyes... that's it... nice and slow..."
"Now look at my nose... and back to the light... perfect..."
"Oh! Let me introduce you to Mr. Ducky... he's my little helper today... say hi, Mr. Ducky..."
"He loves exploring interesting places... watch as he sits here on my bicep... comfy spot, isn't it? Follow him as he goes up when I flex... and down when I relax... up... down... like his own private elevator..."
"Back to my nose... and now Mr. Ducky again... he's really enjoying this ride..."
"Let's try something different... I have this highlighting pen... watch as I trace along these veins... see how they branch out naturally? Like little rivers..."
"Follow the pen's path... isn't it fascinating how they pop out when I make a fist? Nature's own roadmap..."
"Look at my nose... now follow the pen again... such interesting patterns..."
"Mr. Ducky wants another adventure... up on the bicep he goes... and up... and down... he says the view is amazing from up here..."
"Now these crystal prisms... see how they catch the light? Creating little rainbows..."
"Follow the colors... red... blue... green... oh, Mr. Ducky thinks my tricep might have a better view of the rainbows... up he goes..."
"Let's try these glow-in-the-dark marbles... watch them roll along... they like to follow the natural grooves..."
"Track this one as it moves... around... and down... like a tiny comet following gravity's pull..."
"Back to my nose... to the marble... to Mr. Ducky... who's found himself another peak to rest on..."
"Here's something cool... this UV pen... watch as I trace these deeper veins... they're like glowing rivers now..."
"Mr. Ducky's ready for more mountain climbing... up we go... he says this one's his favorite summit..."
"Now these silk ribbons... follow their movements... so graceful..."
"Oh look - Mr. Ducky's showing off now... watching him ride this flex... and down... and up again... quite the daredevil..."
"Let's use the light pen... drawing shapes in the air... a heart... a star... Mr. Ducky thinks this forearm ripple makes a better wave pattern..."
"Time for the kaleidoscope... see all the patterns? Mr. Ducky's found himself the highest viewpoint yet..."
"Back to our highlighting pen... following nature's own artwork... like a topographic map..."
