i thought i'd go back to basics with this one!! the oldest and most common answer to "i can't sleep" is "count sheep", right?!
i know the concept seems really silly at first but give it a shot, it might actually soothe you to sleep—as strange as it sounds, haha! i used a deeper voice for added relaxation and also added some slow, sleepy breathing at the end to make sure you stay asleep :)
Summary: You're unable to sleep, so your loving girlfriend puts on some relaxing music, rubs your back, and counts sheep until you both fall asleep together.
