Hello~! Azeru Official here and we're back with another Full Version NSFW Audio! This time featuring my AU take on Love And Deepspace's Zayne ~! | Zayne x Listener | Love And Deepspace x Listener | LNDS x Listener | Boyfriend x Listener | Switch x Listener | Dom x Listener
We're finally here with Love And Deepspace's Zayne~! That's right, the stoic, forwards, blunt and... sweet!?... Zayne is here. Long time coming, I know! Though I do hope that the wait wasn't that long!
Now, for those of you unfamiliar with Zayne, he's basically a pretty... no-nonsense... kind of person? But even though he is, he shows that he has a soft spot for you. In fact, that's partially why I've had some trouble with making a Zayne Audio until now! Specifically, because he has 2 very different canon voices in English.
To most, and I think this fits him better, his voice is pretty strong? Good projection, good power, and very no-nonsense. Meanwhile, in majority of the scenes or voice lines, with you alone he becomes VERY soft and sweet.
Now I know that kind of duality can be pretty nice- and in this case, it is pretty nice, though the difference I think it pretty... well stark? There's a big contrast in there. I wasn't sure wether I wanted to do the normal way of doing Audios where the first one is an introductory/meeting one.
In the end, I did go for his more prevalent voice- a side of him that he only shows you!
But yes, technical wise, majority of this Audio was pretty difficult to do for me. Pretty soft and air-ey? Not exactly my normal way of doing things. And it's also pretty... well, you're in control. Another facet of Audio/script creation that's pretty difficult haha!
Vocal control over the course of a 30 minute recording is NOT easy. In most cases, recording sessions are done in multiple sections. Now- that provides a LOT of issues though. Mostly, vocals do strain overtime, they do change due to a lot of variables... like Distance from Microphone, Room Ambiance, Volume of the Voice, Cadence, etc. etc. While these are all controllable- it's pretty difficult to get the exact same setting for everything.
In most cases, that's no issue because there's other stuff like Visuals or SFX that accompany the voice. But for Audios or ASMR, where the focus IS the voice, it's definitely a lot more scrutinized... so y'know, I record in one go per Audio.
And trying to change your voice for 30 minutes straight and trying to stay consistent through different intonations and expressions- not easy at all! But I think it's worth it to go through all the effort since it eliminates situations where the cadence, flow, voice, etc suddenly change mid-way through an Audio.
In fact, if you want a good example, listen to the SFW version with the cliffhanger/cut off. Because I record the SFW Outro after I record the intense spicy action, and you'll notice that even though I try to mimic the original voice, it's still pretty noticeable how different it is. Even for OCs where I just use my normal voice!
But yes- other than that I did a LOT more SFX of your movements. The last handful of Audios that showcased that were well received, so I'm experimenting more with it! Lots of stuff to learn about it of course- but I'm excited to see how we can improve more!
