Hi!
For the SFW audio this month, I thought I'd try an actual anxiety/stress management type thing, because I need it and maybe you do too. Again, not an expert in this kind of thing, but I looked up some strategies, if you want to try them with me! They mostly have to do with challenging our negative thinking, acknowledging what's making us anxious and questioning why, and practising more positive self talk.
Nothing too unfamiliar, I'm sure, but I'm glad I took the time to practice them intentionally, and maybe they'll help you too! If you've done a lot of work with anxiety already, you might find this to be kind of "basic", but hey, maybe you just like the sound of my voice.
