Hi!
Thought I'd do a morning SFW audio where we do a quick stretch routine together. I got a few suggestions for more stretching after the last morning audio, so thank you for those! For much better instructions to follow along, I did this routine by MovementbyDavid, great channel. I kind of just did every stretch for as long as I felt like it and with editing and stuff, they're definitely not the same length. He does 30 seconds per I think, including both sides.
This was a funny challenge to try to record while doing and also not entirely SFW because some of the stretches are sort of suggestive so I joke about that. Hope it's fun and relaxing!
