Hi!
I've had a few requests for this, but thanks to sheshe for a great suggestion as to how to do an aftercare audio in a 4th wall-breaking way--specifically for transitioning, grounding, centering or comforting yourself after listening to an audio, so you can go about your day or get to sleep.
