Wharf / Docks under attack

The wharf use to be a peaceful place.  Ships bring in new goods and fresh fish.  Vendors peddling their wares, people dining with a view of the sea.  But now it's war.  Cannons along the water's edged aimed at an enemy vessel that swoops in to get a few good shots and then back out to sea.
