It was a very busy day. I spent the afternoon with my personal trainer to train together in the gym and do the physical check. Bulk is going very well. After training you need to eat well to introduce all the nutrients necessary for growth, so we went to eat together. This is the result after dinner made together. My belly was very full and needed a massage. Then I thought: "Today we trained muscles, but I still haven't trained my belly inflation!" So I got comfortable in bed and used the aquarium pump to inflate my belly as big as possible. The sensation was very intense, my belly was full, inflated, tight and round. It would have been nice if someone had been there to pet it!
