This is the overview of a logic string I figured out to create eye-contact with the camera. I've done a few iterations of this over the years but this one can be toggled on and off through the sequencer, and uses an in-editor tick to show the effect outside of runtime. This helps toggle the eye-contact logic to override or maintain little eye movements like the gaze darting to one side for expresivity.

Oh, theres also some really "fun" math to make it detect/adapt to wether the camera is being held in local space for selfie mode or global space, and accounts for Angelicas transform. Also does each eye independantly so the gaze of each one converges on the center of the viewport.
