Building Spread

She's been building her muscles for the last few months with a fervor, and had seen great progress as a result. Even still, she had hit a bit of a plateau until a fateful accident allowed her body to recover from nearly any injury in a matter of seconds. Using this newfound ability she has spent hours lifting to failure over and over until finally her wings have started to spread and she's begun to get the body she desires.

This piece is inspired by frydon82's story "Building," particularly Part 16. Each part is a pretty light read, so part 16 isn't actually a massive undertaking to get to from the start.
