So, I wanted to get this out this weekend still and I managed to do so. I've been sleeping like actual shit lately for no apparent reason so it's less content than I wanted to, but oh well. Biggest feature is random quests are now fully working and Alexandra Daddario is unlockable. You'll have to be level 5+.
Random quests will get better in the future, but for now they're a working way to get some cash/xp/resources.

- Added Olivia Rodrigo (no quests yet)
- You can now find Alexandra Daddario while exploring the financial district (lvl5+)

- Added radio signal settings, accessible from Emilia Clarke's conversation menu (signal changes have no effect yet)
- Added a Ford Mustang to the car list
SMALL STUFF
- You can now actually equip weapons from the inventory
- Added a lvl 100 level cap (for now, possibly forever)
- New level calulations so XP needed grows with XP gained for combat and late-game quests
- Added three new cheats to enable the three in-game merchants
FIXES
- Fixed a bug where you could repeatedly visit Kate Mara's appartment for rewards
- Fixed a bug where the "Justice for Victoria" quest was impossible to finish if you had it as your active quest
