A véry productive week!

Okay, today has been my most productive week in a very very long time. Big towering deadlines really make me work well. That's always been the case. You can ask every school and job I ever attended :p 

So, a list of all things done today:

• Replaced dozens of placeholder pics with actual ones
• Streamlined variable setting in the backend, making it a lot easier to find mistakes or change variables
• Finished setting variables for all 61 celebs. Some numbers may be (very) wrong, see previous post if you want to help, but at least the game doesn't give any errors because of missing numbers anymore
• Coded the entire combat systems of both STUN (through seduction and later items) and CRIPPLE (through hitting limbs)
• Finished coding enemy attacks, working flawlessly now
• Finished the entire celebrity job assignment code
• Finished the sex mechanics. Not the writing. All scenes are empty but they work in terms of variables. I'm pretty damn proud of how they work right now. They combine elements of the MAiH dungeon with new mechanics. 12 basic foreplay & sex options spread out over cock/pussy player characters and 7 different cumshots obviously for cock characters only. Will not add more until all these contain proper, fully randomized writing.
• Condom use coded into mechanics. Will reduce player pleasure.
• Coded basic birth control
• Beginnings of pregnancy mechanics coded into sex code (pregnancy risk based on condom and pill use)
• Fixed some exploits that people were most definitely gonne exploit :p 
• Started fixing merchant bugs (first merchant works flawless, other 2 need work still)

Now, this is going quicker than expected this week. The core loop is now finally fully playable. You can build stuff, go to sleep, random events happen, you can explore one location for resources, fight raiders, fuck girls (still have to be cheated in but I'll leave the dev cheats in for the alpha). There's just no text to the sex or conversation system so it's pretty dull to play, but it works. So that's the boring part mostly done. 

I want to finish the framework for the conversation system the same way I did the sex system and then once the code part of everything is done, I can get to writing. I could release it by then. It'll be boring to play but at least you can click around in it and see the possibilities, and then whenever I add more stuff I'll just update the alpha :)

So will that version release in 2021 still? Very likely. Obviously I won't be working on christmas but got no plans between christmas and newyears so should be able to finish the code part before 2022 I think. Then january will be a month of writing and we can get this thing properly fired up in the new year :D
