Напевно, дивлячись щодня на океан🌅 🌊, я мимоволі уявляла собі, що мали відчувати першовідкривачі нових земель тоді, у середні віки. Йдеш собі по землі, підходиш до урвища, і все… Земля закінчилася 🌎. Край світу ...Чи є там там, вдалині? Можна годинами дивитися в цю далечінь, і все представляти і фантазувати.
І, незважаючи на те, що ми живемо в 21-му столітті, і вже точно знаємо що там – ось це почуття незвіданості, захоплення та величезної цікавості, як і раніше, присутні у нас. Саме це почуття тягне нас подорожувати світом, дивитися інші країни, природу, звичаї, мистецтво та людей.
Похід на Мис Рока був моїм завершальним етапом у цій поїздці до Португалії 🇵🇹.
Probably, looking at the ocean every day 🌅 🌊, I involuntarily imagined what the pioneers of new lands must have felt back then, in the Middle Ages. You walk on the ground, you approach a cliff, and that's it... The earth has ended 🌎. The edge of the world ...Is it there in the distance? You can look into this distance for hours, and imagine and fantasize everything.
And, despite the fact that we live in the 21st century, and we already know exactly what is there - this feeling of the unknown, admiration and great curiosity is still present in us. It is this feeling that draws us to travel the world, see other countries, nature, customs, art and people.
The hike to Cape Roca was my final leg of this trip to Portugal 🇵🇹.
