Have you ever wondered what would happen if we replaced all our anxious thoughts with positive ones? Personally, I find it very challenging 😅
I know that most of the time, we are in a relaxed state, but we get nervous over small things.😥 I’m actively working on it, and it’s starting to get a bit easier. How are you handling this?
