All the guys at the gym are so nice and helpful! Everyone seemed to be REALLY eager to help spot me and give me pointers, but they also kept insisting that I wear as little as possible? Something about how clothes get in the way of performance...guess I'll give it a shot and let you guys know how it goes!
...pretty sure someone ran off with my shorts as soon I took them off though, I hope they give them back : /
