Compassion ~ to have compassion, one must be open and of an open-heart for compassion to go flow through you. THINKING to DOING to BEING. ✨ If you want to have more compassion within yourself and for others, THINK compassionately. When you THINK compassionately you then release a chemical conducive to that thought. Once the thought has created an emotion it will be stored and memorized. You will then BE compassionate. Continue to THINK in a compassionate way and you will become compassionate. Love yourself. 💜
