Time to go through my hair routine 😁 long, healthy and beautiful hair takes time and quality products. I personally like repeating it, makes me feel relaxed and it creates some sort of meditation method for me ☺️😘 the only drawback is blow drying… takes a good 20 min and even more

Getting back to my strething routine^^ I gave it up for a few months because life got super busy and stressed. I am slowly getting back now because moving my body is the best thing for my mind as well. It feels good finally ground yourself, stop thinking about things and only listening to the feelings in your body...
