there was a period when i stopped working out because there was flooding in my basement, and i was hittin' the butterscotch pancakes from my favorite local cafe too hard because they were going out of business. i lost the 🥞 weight though and have been more lenient with my diet restrictions and weekly cardio. the patience, respect, and support psychologically in health/fitness unites with physical progress. even for ordinary basement cycling, breakfast ghouls alike 👻
