Just being a little tease here, but tonight I'll be uploading a video of a CO2 tolerance training table I did with gas mask and rebreather bag, which I failed to complete. I was going for a 2:30 co2 table with 15 seconds recovery time and got hypoxic during the last round. I started shaking, nearly lost it 🤣
Btw, for those of you curious about training tables, my training process and all the physiological aspects of breathplay this will all be discussed in the upcoming book. Meanwhile, you all play safe and remember that I never play alone and advocate you do the same 💋
