This is the second time I’ve brushed my teeth this month and I’m very proud of myself, if you wanna bully me that’s fine, whatever, but mental illness is real and makes it very hard to do very simple tasks. This includes brushing your teeth, your hair, showering, cooking, cleaning, being awake.
