＜あらすじ＞

ある日、小さい患者が診察を受けに来たが彼は保険に加入していなかった。

医者は保険未加入の患者には冷たい態度をとった。

臭いパンプスを嗅がせ、蒸れた足にキスをさせる。

小人の患者は治療を受けるために一生懸命医者の足にキスをし始めた。

さらには爪先を舐めることも指示され、医者が働いている間小人患者はずっとご奉仕し続けた。

この医者は保険に入っている患者にはとても親切にしていて、保険未加入の患者だけ雑な扱いを受ける。

これが現実なのだ。

＜Synopsis＞

One day, a little patient came to see her but he didn't have insurance.

The doctor was cold towards the uninsured patient.

She made him sniff her stinky pumps and kiss her sweaty feet.

He kissed her feet in order to get the treatment.

He was also instructed to lick her toes and he kept servicing her while she worked.
