少し早いですが6月7月の動画リクエストを募集します。

I know it is a little early, but I am looking for video requests for June and July.

私事ですが5月後半に持病の手術を控えています。

On a personal note, I will be undergoing surgery for a chronic illness in late May.

なので5月後半から6月にかけて撮影が難しくなります。

Therefore, it will be difficult to shoot from the latter half of May to June.

手術までになるべくたくさんの動画をストックしておきたいので早目に動画のリクエストを募集します。

I would like to have as many videos in stock as possible before the surgery, so I am looking for requests for videos as soon as possible.

撮影日は5月中旬を予定しているのでなるべく早目にリクエストを書いて下さると助かります。

I am planning to shoot in mid-May, so we would appreciate it if you could write your request as early as possible.
