If only the darkness knew the light from which it runs
If only the light knew that in darkness is from which it comes
If only the contrast of opposition was to create yearning
If only then think of all that we could be learning
What if what is different was meant to enhance you
What if what is different was to help discover truth
What if we put aside the judgement and considered the alternative
Maybe just maybe we could find a better way to live . . . .
