Over 3 days with no cigarettes! 🚭 This is the longest I've gone without giving up giving up 😁 I won't say it's been easy though, everything I do makes me want one, especially post orgasm...so I've not had an orgasm for the same amount of time I've not had a cigarette 😭 x
