Practice being present to be more at peace and have a stable mood 💖 I practice this by doing guided meditations and making sure to focus on things as I’m doing them! This sounds easy but a lot of times doing small tasks while staying present can be hard, so practicing with the small tasks is a great way to get your mind used to it 😌 try it and let me know how it goes✨
