A lot of people think self-care is a lot of work and involves many other factors. Fortunately, you can start from the comfort of your own home! You can always find a few breaks in your day to include some time for yourself ✨ here are some of my favorite things to do:
- a guided meditation
- journaling/writing affirmations
- cooking and baking
- practicing breath work
- trying an at home workout
