Spending time outdoors is an amazing addition to your routine! I try to spend at least 30 minutes outside everyday to reduce stress, increase my physical activity, and just boost my overall mood🥰 whether it be a walk, some yoga, or even a stretch session, I always end it feeling better than before 🍃 what’s something you like to do outdoors?😚
