Being confident in your own skin is a struggle most people go through. For me, I always had a hard time wearing what I wanted and feeling comfortable. It wasn’t until I started practicing self-love that I was able to put on any outfit and feel confident in myself 💖 Self-love is learning to appreciate all aspects of oneself through actions that support our spiritual, physical and psychological growth. Some ways you can practice this are by writing yourself a love letter, pampering yourself with a luxurious bubble bath, creating positive affirmations for yourself, and so many more! 🥰 I’m always happy to help give tips or advice on how to appreciate yourself!
