A hard pill to swallow is that sometimes you have to get uncomfortable to grow as a person! Pushing yourself to do new things or work on things internally are some things that can be hard to do, but so worth it😌 ask yourself what was the last thing you did that was outside of your comfort zone! What did you learn from that experience?
