no weigh-in this time because it wasn't much different from the last (259lbs-264lbs) but i tried to drink two butter shakes and i could only finish one and a half :((
i literally cried on the walk back because i could barely breathe nor move.....do not attempt that.......im still in bed breathing heavy while posting these (i want 2 die)
