I’m trying so hard not to pass out, lol. So I have not used my breast muscles much and while we were at the Great Wolf Lodge, I swam laps a lot and went on the water slides holding onto the tubes so I used those muscles so much and now I’m crazy sore. It’s good but also nuts just how much I need to strengthen them. Anywhooo, hoping y'all are great🥰
