Let's talk about social nudity. Why do people fear it so much? Why don't they see that it makes us better, more contented people ?Is social nudity just about being naked, or does it hold a deeper meaning? For me, it’s about so much more. It’s about vulnerability, authenticity, and reclaiming our bodies as sacred and worthy.

I also explore why many people feel uncomfortable with nudity and how our societal conditioning around bodies contributes to feelings of shame, disconnection, and judgment. Together, let’s rethink what it means to embrace our full selves—without fear, without judgment, and without needing to hide.

This is personally one of my favorite public nudity videos that I've filmed. Mostly because of the mirror~! It's a really small detail, but it worked out perfectly, and makes this video "double" hot for me. This was filmed during summer when a lot of research gets done, so you'll see the same people walking back and forth in the background. They're not actors, just very sad grad students who are using equipment from two different labs.
