My face is always super bloated in the morning, probably from all the salt and sugar from the heaping piles of junk food I ate in the middle of the night lol. I can’t get through the night sleeping lately without waking up and waddling my obese self to the fridge and grabbing something to eat. I even make sure I order a whole separate meal when I order my dinner so that can be my middle of the night meal. It’s not a snack, it’s a whole meal lol. I need a fridge in my bedroom so I don’t have to get up and burn calories.
