it’s been exactly one year since i first found out about my cancer diagnosis, and i’m posting a photo of my very first ultrasound results. in honor of this day, i want to emphasize how crucial it is to stay on top of your health and get checked regularly. early detection is everything, and medicine today can do so much when things are caught in time. so, please, never ignore any issues with your body. and even if you feel fine, routine checkups are just as important.

i know this may not be the usual kind of post for this platform, but i feel it’s necessary to be open with you, not just with my content but with my real life too. i hope this message resonates with you and reminds you to prioritize your health ❤️

IMPORTANT HEALTH RELATED MESSAGE 3: I had my first outpatient appointment today to see if I need another bl00d transfusion and I did NOT! My red bl00d cells and platelets are at a great level currently! 😁 Next appt is tmrw to check my eyes to see if there's any improvement in the bl00d spots and swelling (yes, my vision is still impaired by my cancer...), but I was told since it didn't hit the optical nerve, it should recover over time. Thank you for your kind wishes and msgs, it's soothing and comforting to read so much support. This has been a scary time, yet I feel like I've grown as a person as well and am more mindful that health is so important
