Edging in the shower, I mean I have to be fatter. Walks are more tiring, clothes are feeling tighter, it's getting harder to pick things up off of the ground. The new scale still isn't here so I've been making sure to eat well. Also a little nod to a British encourager who's been helping me push a little extra.
