Reverse Stripping..…aka just getting dressed into my cute yoga onesie before going to enjoy a class with my parents in Arizona🧘♀️
I’m so grateful I have the opportunity to share a yoga practice with both my mom and dad (who are 70 btw!!!😱😍) They are simply a testament of how staying active, eating well, and prioritizing your health can gift you with longevity and vitality far into the later years of life. They are truly an inspiration!
On another note, I got caught/interrupted filming this twice…first by @naturallynaked popping in the door towards the end and then again at the very end while my mom shouts down the hallways to see if I’m ready. I cut that part out and ended it abruptly before puting my hair up in a cheetah scrunchie because OF has been strict recently about outside voices coming through the audio🫠 Oh, the obstacles I must work around as the lil sneaky creatrixxx that I am!
The yoga class ended up being amazing and it felt soooo good to stay in my practice even while traveling!
