BOOTY UPDATE🍑✨
Just sharing some cute shameless shots of my ass. It wasn’t until yesterday that I realized it’s been growing and looking juicy and round as everrrr!😍
I’ve always been extremely consistent with yoga. Going on 11 years now, but recently I’ve been hitting a lot more hot classes and incorporating yoga sculpt and weight lifting at the gym. For those of you unfamiliar with yoga sculpt, it is a challenging workout where you add weights to power yoga and high intensity interval training movements, all while in a heated room🥵 it’s pretty rough but feels soooo damn good to push my body in this way. The mental fortitude acquired is almost better than the physical gains tbh.
My goal through this has not been to alter my body at all, but moreso to deeply connect with her in new ways and thank her for all that she allows me to be capable of! These vessels we live in are quite magical and sacred and deserve to be treated with the utmost respect.
